Care Assistant

We're looking for a caring, friendly and reliable Care Assistant to join our team - if you can spare 2 + mornings per week and 1 or 2 shifts on alternate weekends, we'd love to hear from you.
Its a great way to earn whilst making a real difference to the lives of others, and gain huge satisfaction. If you don't have professional care experience, don't worry, we'll teach you everything you need to know with our industry-leading training.
- ** £18 p/h bank holidays.**:
- **£13.80 p/h evenings and weekends.**:
- **£12 p/h week days.**:
- **35p per mile mileage.**:
- **28 days annual leave, pro-rata.**:
- **Company pension scheme.**:
- **Hours per week: 10 + hours per week.**:
- **Wokingham, Twyford, Woodley, Earley, Winnersh.**
Day shifts start at around 7:30 am generally, though we can be flexible - please get in touch to let us know what you're looking for. We ask all our carers to work alternate weekends too - a shift on either Saturday or Sunday, or both if you can.

- Duties include:_
- Motivating Clients to get the most out of their day
- Personal care
- Administering medication
- Assisting Clients with washing and dressing.
- Shopping, housekeeping, meal preparation.
- Taking Clients for appointments or outings.
- Requirements of the role:_
- Be available for mornings plus alternate weekends.
- Must hold a full and valid UK or EU/EEA driving licence and have access to own vehicle.
- Have a genuine passion to want to help others.
- Be a reliable team player with a positive attitude.
- Live within 10 miles of Wokingham, and role will include visiting clients in their homes in Wokingham, Twyford, Woodley, Earley and Winnersh.
