Due to continued growth, We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Administrator. The role will be based at our Kingswinford site and will involve supporting our Project Managers with organising the day to day running of all inbound/ outbound stock in the warehouse.

**Duties will include**:

- Logging all inbound/ outbound stock in the warehouse ensuring we have an accurate, real time stock sheet to keep clients and project managers updated on stock levels.
- Primary person responsible for reporting to our blue-chip customers providing daily live updates.
- Liaising with clients regarding orders, stock levels, collection and delivery of products. Also raising invoices and keeping clients up to date on any issues.
- Communicating pick and pack requirements to the warehouse team.
- Providing Administration support across all client accounts.
- Creating and updating spreadsheets for new and existing clients.
- Creating unique order references and communicating this to both Drivers and warehouse staff to ensure the correct stock is loaded onto the correct vehicle.

**Training will be provided; however, we are looking for someone with the following skills and experience**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Extremely organised, excellent attention to detail and able to work from own initiative.
- Experience with all Microsoft programs and be extremely strong in Excel.
- Experience in a similar role.
- Have a Full UK Driving License.

The role is working Monday-Friday 0830-1700. You have a 30 minute unpaid lunch break and a 15 minute paid break both in the morning and afternoon.
