Key Work Level Accountabilities
- Responsible for the creation and production of client reporting, ensuring client demands are met in a timely manner
- Responsible for managing the relationship with the client reporting vendor of choice
- Represent Client Reporting in the implementation of new reporting solution

Key Responsibilities
- Providing focused ownership and knowledge for the full content and delivery of Insurance Solutions reporting.
- Providing timely client and regulatory reporting to insurance clients; ensuring accurate and consistent data is reported.
- Co-ordinating and escalating data issues within insurance reporting, and ensuring they are resolved.
- Ensuring reports are designed appropriately for insurance clients.
- Work with reporting vendor to keep up to date on industry standards and regulatory requirements, ensuring the M&G offering remains aligned.
- Working with stakeholders to obtain specific requirements for reporting, for example classification for capital treatment and assurance rules.
- Supporting Insurance Solutions with report design, understanding client requirements and assessing the impact of change requests and new reports on existing data and reporting models.
- Communicating regularly with Distribution and Investment colleagues, keeping them informed, ensuring early identification of problems / issues.
- Interdepartmental project and regulatory work as required from time to time.

Key Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Understanding of the client reporting landscape across global regions, with a focus on insurance solutions.
- A strong client focus - experience working with global institutional pension fund, insurance and bank clients would be a benefit.
- Change focussed with experience of driving significant change agendas which covers process and technology.
- Confident ability to manipulate and interpret data sets and to summarise for client consumption.
- Operates at a senior level, and can work with multiple stakeholders across the business, with strong interpersonal skills which establish long lasting relationships.
- Exceptional ability to challenge and champion the team’s needs with good judgement in assessing and managing risk.
- Demonstrates passion, proactivity and enthusiasm and wants to learn and make a real difference.
- Strong understanding of operational risks and control frameworks.
- 10yrs + experience in asset management/financial services management role.
