Role Summary

Provides first-level support to clients with questions about reporting systems and reports. Assists with collecting data and generating reports on portfolio performance.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provides support to more senior staff members and associates to collect and analyze data based on predefined procedures. Develops capabilities in data sourcing.
- Monitors reporting systems, addresses routine issues, and escalates complex issues to the appropriate higher-level resource.
- Completes tasks in a timely and accurate manner as expected by clients and ensures work meets compliance requirements; proactively escalates at-risk items.
- Begins to develop technical expertise regarding product and investment offerings in order to act as a resource to clients.

Qualifications:
Required:

- Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience AND
- 3+ years of total relevant work experience
