Our client's purpose-built nursing home in **Norwich NR12** has exciting openings for **Support Worker/ HCAs.**
**Job Details as Support Worker/ HCA**:

- Job Type: Full-Time/Part-Time
- Location: Norwich NR12
- Salary: £11.00 per hour
- Schedule: Night Shifts

**Responsibilities as Support Worker/ HCA**:

- Deliver high-quality care within our care home environment
- Encourage independence among residents
- Assist with daily tasks, including personal care
- Implement individualized care plans to meet residents' needs

**Requirements as Support Worker/ HCA**:

- Genuine desire to provide compassionate care
- Strong team player
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
