This is a fantastic opportunity to start your market research career in a successful and supportive Insight team.

You will be supporting the team with the day-to-day handling of online and face to face research projects across a wide range of big brands from the likes of Deliveroo, ITV and Disney to Nandos, Costa Coffee and Jaguar Land Rover, with the chance to get stuck in from day one.

You will be interested in brands and organisations, how they work and how products and services are developed. Being comfortable with working with numbers and data would also be an advantage. Joining us as an Insight Assistant (Apprenticeship) you will spend 1 day per week studying towards a Level 4 Market Research Executive Apprenticeship qualification, in addition to on-the-job training.

**Your focus and responsibilities**:

- Support team members in the end-to-end management of qualitative and quantitative research projects via online and face-to-face methodologies where appropriate
- Assisting with fieldwork and analysis tasks including coding and analysis of open-ended response, note taking for interviews and focus groups, and charting data into PowerPoint and Word reports
- Supporting on the creation of key project documents such as questionnaires, data specs, recruitment screeners, discussion room content, video reels and survey stimuli
- Testing online survey links and data tables for inaccuracies, typos and errors
- Supporting on the moderation of online discussion rooms and diary tasks on our online community platform ex-plor
- Attending client calls, meetings and debriefs where appropriate alongside Insight team colleagues and notetaking where needed

**Your qualifications**:

- Minimum of 5 GCSEs at Grade 4 and above including English and Maths
