The company are a market leading organisation within the Kitchen Bedroom Bathroom sector, that are looking to strengthen their senior management team with the key recruitment of National Sales Manager.

**About the role**

This role is critical to the sustainable growth and ultimate success of the business within the next decade and key points are;
- To develop new and increase existing sales of the companies branded products across all sales channels
- Managing, training & developing the team as necessary.
- To directly build, maintain and secure long-term business relationships with both existing & new contract accounts throughout the UK.
- To manage a team of Area Sales Managers, directing and guiding them to achieve targeted sales objectives.
- To give correct technical advice relating to company’s products either by telephone, or in writing, as and when required.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the sector, keeping up-to-date with market trends and developments by competitors

**About the individual**
- A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in a sales management (man-management) role in the bathroom showroom, merchant & contract arena.
- Proactive, motivated and driven.
- Business focused and aware.
- Excellent communication skills, written, verbal and presentational.
- Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proven success in a similar role.
- Confident negotiator with ability to "close the deal".
- Ability to self-manage own workload to tight deadlines, including balancing, planning and organising multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Adaptable and flexible.
- Preferably with a good understanding of the P & H industry’s dynamics and requirements

**Remuneration**

Basic dependant on experience, Bonus, Great Benefits and Car.
