This is an exciting new senior role, leading L&Q’s Transformation programme, which will fundamentally improve the way we work and the services we provide. This is a real opportunity to make big change happen, working in close collaboration with colleagues across the business, the successful role holder will plan, manage, and coordinate the transformation roadmap, delivering objectives as part of our Future Shape corporate strategy. The role holder will manage >£10m budget and resources through strong leadership and problem-solving capabilities.

**You will**:
Lead on financial Planning, Budget and Benefit Management, and support the programme in in producing and maintaining a rolling investment plan and business case for the Transformation Programme.

Work and collaborate with other leaders, to ensure the programme is effectively and efficiently resourced - in respect of the volume, required skills, and distribution of people resources.

Work and collaborate with procurement and other colleagues to produce and oversee the delivery of an overarching procurement plan for the Transformation Programme.

Lead a large team of direct and indirect reports, providing support to the Transformation Programme, consisting of technical and non-technical resource.

Influence and collaborate at all levels in the organisation. Able to successfully engage and gain the sponsorship of colleagues in relation to the Transformation Programme and its deliverables

**What you need to bring to the role.**
- Strong leader, motivator and developer of teams. Excellent at getting the best out of others, and helping them to be the best they can be. A natural collaborator, able to bring others on the journey and secure their engagement and support. Sets high expectations of themselves and the team
- Experience in leading programme and projects in a large business setting. Balancing complex and in some cases, conflicting requirements, and delivering optimum outcomes
- Brilliant at making the complex simple, and being able to communicate concisely, clearly and articulately; and flexes their style to the audience, whether that be Group Board or the whole business. Adept at managing expectations of stakeholders along the way; this is a natural way of working
- Think strategically, but able to translate into action, tactics and practical next steps for themselves and others. Highly organised, driven, self-motivated; able to do big picture and attention to detail
- Experience in managing large scale budgets, and procurement activities
- Strong influencer, collaborator, communicator. Inspiring motivator, creative thinker and problem solver, Highly organised, great at spinning many plates
