Efm Administrator

We are currently looking for a dynamic individual to join our Estates and Facilities team, as a EFM Administrator.

The hours per week will be 37.5, with the hours varying between 07:45 - 17:00

We are looking for people who are happy to use their initiative and have great communication skills. The role involves answering calls to the EFM Helpdesk, signing in contractors, answering the car parking intercom and providing admin support to the EFM management team. You should have excellent customer service skills, be a great team player, be able to multi-task and prioritise. Previous admin experience is essential.
