The International Office leads the University’s international student recruitment and global engagement.

The Role

To support the delivery of the University’s Education, Global and Student Recruitment Strategies by providing excellent customer relationship management and administrative support relating to international student recruitment. Working in one of the multi-disciplinary teams to support the recruitment of prospective students, with a particular focus on one or more of the following: enquiries management, lead and applicant conversion activities, admissions decision making and prospective student communications.

We are seeking to appoint a results-orientated and collaborative team player to join our International Recruitment Operations team. You will deliver a number of international recruitment operations to support the recruitment and conversion of high quality and diverse international students including: enquiry management, the production of international recruitment data and management information, and delivery of international recruitment logistics.

You will work well in a fast-paced environment, able to multi-task and manage competing priorities. You will be focused on a delivering an excellent experience for our prospective international students and internal customers. You will have strong attention to detail, data skills and be an excellent communicator. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within International Higher Education.

The Person (Essential)

Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Ability to work both independently and flexibly as part of a multi-disciplinary team. Ability to use initiative and prioritise own workload in a dynamic environment
Ability to build and maintain strong internal and external working relationships, and to work in a confidential and discrete manner
Proven experience of working in a busy, high volume, customer focused environment
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy and integrity. Ability to work quickly and accurately to strict deadlines
Excellent IT skills and the ability to work with a range of digital systems. Experience of using large digital systems to input data, maintain records, extract information and produce documents and reports
Excellent organisational and administrative skills
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, including those relating to tact and discretion, and the ability to relate to, and interact with, persons with diverse cultural backgrounds
Experience of student recruitment, international engagement, admissions or related areas in the HE sector or a comparable business environment (desirable).

**Qualifications**:
Educated to A Level or equivalent
