**Details**:
Position: Level 3 Practitioner

Location: Newham

Employment Type: Full-Time

Shifts Pattern: 3 or 4 or 4.5 days a week, 4 day shifts

**Salary**: Competitive, based on experience

**Responsibilities**:

- Create a nurturing, safe environment for children.
- Engage children in creative and educational activities.
- Collaborate on lesson plans and monitor children's progress.
- Maintain high childcare and safety standards.

**Requirements**:

- Valid childcare or early years education qualification.
- Passion for children's holistic development.
- Strong communication skills.
- Flexibility and composure in diverse environments.

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£27,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Newham, Greater London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
