Position: Nursery Practitioner Level 3

Location: Newham

Employment Type: Full-Time

Shifts Pattern: Monday to Friday between 8:00am - 6:30pm, 40 hours a week.

**Salary**: Competitive, based on experience

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create and implement age-appropriate curriculum that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development.
- Provide nurturing care to children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Lead a team of passionate educators, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where children can thrive.
- Collaborate with parents and guardians, ensuring open communication and involvement in their child's learning journey.
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress and developmental milestones.

**Qualifications**:

- Level 3 in Early Years or Childcare.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A deep passion for early childhood education and a commitment to holistic child development.
- Proven experience in an early childhood education setting is a plus.
- Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices.
