**THE ROLE**

Key responsibilities will include;
- Ensuring performance levels are maintained at the highest levels and meet operational targets, and that SGNs’ interests are maintained at all times.
- Represent SGN at planning and coordination meetings with Road Authorities, including negotiating defect corrections.
- Committed to working to the highest safety, health and environmental standards whilst continuing to provide customers with the highest levels of service.

**WHAT YOU’LL BRING**
- The successful person should have a thorough understanding of Reinstatement Standards and Specifications. Additionally, a thorough understanding of NRSWA and TMA Legislation is required.
- You will have the appropriate technical experience and qualifications. A reasonable knowledge of the utility industry is required.
- You will have good team leadership, organisational, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills, and be an effective communicator at all levels, within and beyond your own team.
- A passion for managing change is important together with the ability to influence those around you to strive for excellence.
- This position involves regular travel, and therefore you will have a full valid driving licence.
