Sales Account Manager

**Core duties**:

- Work closely with Business Development and Estimating.
- Follow up on quoted opportunities, progress and close Projects.
- Manage pipeline; identifying key dates to achieve, communicate internally.
- Client support; key contact for quote queries, samples, revisions.
- Manage all client communications with internal teams.
- Sales and CRM administration diary management for external Sales.
- Provide optimal customer service.
- Organisation of project handover summary for Ops: designs; deliverables and timelines.

**Expected Qualifications, Skills & Experience**:

- Experienced working in a fast-paced dynamic sales team.
- Passionate about design, ability to absorb technical details.
- Strong administration and multi-tasking skills, including diary management.
- Competent with Microsoft Office (MS Excel, Outlook & Word).
- Confident working with a CRM system and numeracy skills (understanding % / profit margins).
- Excellent communication.
- Detail driven, positive mindset, solution finder.
