We have an exciting opportunity for a **Construction Planner** to join our expanding team, supporting our clients on a range of projects in the pharmaceutical construction sector.

**Your Role**

Reporting to the Senior Construction Manager, you will be required to prove an excellent track record of construction planning and understand the construction industry.

The key accountabilities:

- Scheduling & Programming for both pre-construction and construction stages
- Progress monitoring & reporting
- KPI monitoring
- Maintain close contacts and work with site-based teams on planning & programming issues

**About You**
- Be qualified in a relevant discipline with at least an HNC/HND in a relevant field.
- You will have experience in the Construction industry. Experience within the process/pharma industries would be preferable.
- Pre-construction and construction planning experience
- Proficient in the use of ASTA Power Project & Microsoft Project
- Good working knowledge of construction methods, materials, and relevant legislation
- Organised and methodical
- Commercial and contractual awareness
- Effective communication skills
