This is an exciting new opportunity for an organised and proactive person who enjoys a variety of administration duties. This is a combined post with an exciting opportunity for someone to help develop a new research role within the department.

Your key role will be to ensure all aspects of Equine Hospital & Practice pharmacy are stocked to facilitate the operational needs of the clinical staff and the patients. You will liaise closely with clinical, nursing, yard and administration staff in the hospital/practice to ensure all drugs, treatment items, kit, consumables, & equipment required are available to support the functions of the hospital & practice at all times.

The research administrator part of the role is to facilitate and provide support to ongoing and new research projects being conducted by academics based within DECS and to assist with quality improvement within the hospital.

You will have 3 GCSE's at Grade C or above (or equivalent qualification) including English Language.
