Contracts Administrator

This role requires a diverse skillset as you will be required to assist multiple Project Managers while using your own initiative to record, produce, issue and collate a wide variety of documentation.

Salary - Dependent on experience.

**Primary duties will include but not be limited to;**
- Document Control - Receive, log and distribute incoming correspondence to the relevant Project Team Members, ensuring correct location within the project files.
- Drawing Control - Receive, log and distribute incoming and outgoing drawings while utilising the particular project distribution system including online document portals.
- Timesheets - Collection and distribution of weekly timesheets. Ensuring that Mechanical and Electrical department timesheets are collated, authorised and input according to deadlines.
- Holiday Records - Review, maintain and record Contracts department holiday requests. Ensuring correct procedures are followed and relevant approval is obtained
- Technical Submissions - Assist in the production and issue of technical submissions alongside the Project Managers.
- Plant Hire - Review and internally distribute plant hire lists on a monthly basis, alongside assisting in the hire and off hire of plant as directed by the Project Managers.
- Review and maintain calibration records for Mechanical and Electrical plant and test equipment.
- Assist the CAD department with document production, issue and control as required.
- Review and maintain company vehicle tracker and provide weekly reports.
- Review and maintain company mobile phone records and process new requests.
- Maintain the departments Sharepoint site - Creating new projects and updating forms for existing projects as and when requested.
- Maintain documentation relating to subcontractors such as health and safety processes.
- Assisting with reception cover as required - Acting as first point of contact during this time and handling queries / passing them on as necessary.
