Contract Manager - Planned Works & Decarbonization

We are working with a leading Property Services and Construction Contractor to recruit a Contracts Manager to join their team, delivering Retrofit works to residential properties in the Cambridge area. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing contracts, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high-quality standards. The role involves working with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams, to deliver projects that meet the company's objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage contracts from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.
  • Collaborate with the project team to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Contribute to the development of business strategies and plans, ensuring that they align with the company's overall objectives.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in contract management, preferably in the construction or property services industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to meet the needs of the business.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience of project management tools and software.
