An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Junior Executive Assistant to join my client’s team within the Chairty sector. This is a varied role which would best suit a graduate or somebody who is currently in their first job looking for an exciting change

This is a hybrid role with travel into the Central London office and occasional travel into the West Malling office (once a month usually).

**Duties include**:

- Providing key administrative support to the Director and wider team including; diary management, booking travel, note taking etc
- Coordinating and assisting with international projects
- Preparing meeting papers, travel brief and documents
- Conducting research and gap analysis projects
- Preparing ‘giving guides’ for countries and researching around this
- Preparing briefs and agendas
- Liaising with the Marketing team and helping to prepare International newsletters and content
- Tons of enthusiasm and drive
- Able to think outside the box and use initiative
- Proficient using Microsoft Office
- Strong written and communication skills
- A creative mindset
- Previous office experience would be a significant advantage
- A strong interest to work within the Charity sector and/or work on international matters
