We are looking for experienced collections advisors who have a passion for supporting vulnerable customers. Are you enthusiastic, passionate, self-motivated and have a willingness to learn?

**What are we looking for?**
- Experience of working in a collections environment
- Eager to help and go the extra mile
- Confident in working remotely and is self-motivated
- Able to deal with difficult situations but show empathy and resilience
- Confident with technology and using a PC/Laptop
- You give 100% in everything you do

**Where will I work?**

This is a hybrid role working a mixture of shifts from home and within our office in Darlington.

**The important stuff**
- Salary is **£22,880** or **£11.00** an hour
- Permanent contract
- 40 hours a week, with a variety of shifts to suit

- Ping ms Maximum 20ms
- DOWNLOAD Mbps Minimum 20 MBps
- UPLOAD Mbps Minimum 5Mbps
