**SALARY**: £27,850 per annum (Opportunity to earn up to £32,850 per annum if progression targets achieved) + Benefits

**LOCATION**: South Kirkby, West Yorkshire (WF9)

**JOB TYPE**: Full-Time, Permanent

**WORKING HOURS**: 40 hours per week, 8.30am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday (occasional weekend and evening work will be required)

JOB OVERVIEW

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Student Recruitment Coach with the ability to provide career support to students, excellent written and verbal communication skills and some experience of recruitment, resourcing or careers advice.

The Student Recruitment Coach will be responsible for delivering career support to students. You will provide support across all areas of a student’s journey which may include, job search strategies, CV & Portfolio creation, building networks, interview preparation and running mock interviews along with other activities to help guide them into positive outcomes.

As the Student Recruitment Coach you will work closely with the wider Student Experience and Outreach team to build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects, meet KPIs and advocate a first-class student experience across the applicant cycle. You will also be responsible for engaging with key customers by building and preserving trusting relationships.

DUTIES

**Your duties as Student Recruitment Coach will include**:
Career Advancement - Build plans with students for advancing within current organizations, negotiating salary increases, seeking promotions, or transitioning into new roles or industries

Career Exploration - Support individuals identify their interests, strengths, values, and career aspirations through assessments, discussions, and exploration of various career options

**Interview Preparation**: Offer mock interviews, feedback, and coaching to improve interview skills, including techniques for answering common interview questions and showcasing relevant experiences

**CV/Portfolio and Cover Letter Writing**: Guide students in crafting effective CV’s and cover letters tailored to the industry, positions, and companies, highlighting the individual's skills and experiences

Organisation of interviews with potential companies who are the right fit for student and client

Provide full wrap around support of each graduating student on the CA courses to ensure highest chance of successful milestone 3 outcomes

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions and outcomes in the CRM system

Meet agreed KPI’s and Milestone 2 & 3 targets

Research local companies to establish which partners should be targeted based on courses

Stay updated on industry trends, competitors' offerings, and the needs of potential students

Provide insights and recommendations to the admissions team based on market research and prospect feedback

Continuously improve recruitment strategies by implementing data-driven insights

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

Essential

Experience of Student engagement, recruitment, careers and employment advice and support

Exceptional communication skills

Strong interpersonal skills and experience in dealing directly with a wide variety of people

Flexible approach to working, excellent time management skills

Ability to work independently, as well as in a team
