The role include (not exhaustive list):

- Emergency out of hours reactive response
- Interacting and dealing with clients
- Must hold a full UK drivers licence
- Identify and diagnose issues that require repairs
- Instructing outside contractors where necessary and ensure they deliver on the task at hand
- Prepare homes for new clients
- Good time management and multi task
- Decoration, plumbing, joinery
- Undertake regular patrols around our buildings to identify any repairs any health and safety issues
- Working as part of a team to deliver a quality product
- Must be hardworking, reliable and excellent knowledge of general maintenance work
- Good communicator with inter-personal skills and act in a professional manner.
- Inventory taking of materials and audit of consumables and materials
- Key retention for the portfolio
- Maintain confidentiality
- Some weekend work may be required
- Smartly dressed and presentable
- Planned maintenance - communal decoration, monitoring communal cleans, fire exits, fire alarm and emergency lighting tests
- Scheduled flat inspections
- Ensure all buildings are secure including removing/fitting locks and adjusting doors and windows
