**Who we are**

Selwood Housing Group is a charitable social enterprise based in Trowbridge, Wiltshire. The Group comprises of Silcoa and Selwood Housing.

Selwood Housing are a not-for-profit organisation with over 6,500 homes for rent at affordable prices in Wiltshire, Mendip and Bath and North East Somerset. **The Role**:
We are looking for a positive and professional caretaker to join our team, so if you enjoy working directly with customers and take pride in delivering high standards of work we would be interested in hearing from you.

This role involves spending a lot of time out and about and the job offers plenty of variety and challenges. Whilst working with minimum supervision you will undertake a number of routine cleaning and refuse management tasks, ensuring our neighborhoods remain in tip top condition.

**What we need**:

- Ability to work with limited supervision and be able to undertake a range of routine tasks.
- An ability to recognise emergencies and act calmly in a appropriate fashion
- Evidence of behaviours that support Selwood Housing’s values
- Outgoing and confident
- A commitment to providing service and teamwork.
- A full driving license.
