**Job description**

Production Cleaner Required - Ainleys Industrial Estate, Elland

Hours: 8.00am - 4.00pm Monday to Friday (40 hours per week).

Pay: £12.07/hr

We are looking to recruit a Production Cleaner for our site here on Ainley's Industrial Estate in Elland.

Previous industrial cleaning experience is essential.

**Job Summary**

To maintain the production environment to the best standards.

**Key Role Objectives**
- To ensure all walkways in the department are cleaned daily and kept clear from obstruction
- To ensure that the floor is cleaned weekly with the floor cleaner.
- Faults, breakdowns with any cleaning equipment to be reported to the department production manager and maintenance
- Ensure all areas between shop floor machines are kept clean and free from debris to allow a safe working area.
- Clean all barriers around the facility weekly
- Clean up after any water, oil from leaks spills onto the shop floor
- Work safely and within the environmental rules for the company
- Ensure any waste water, oil or any other debris cleaned from the shop floor is disposed of in the correct manner and into the correct containers
- Carry out any other duties as and when requested by production manager
- Fulfil any reasonable request

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
