We are looking for compassionate and committed Support Workers / Healthcare Assistants, who are passionate about delivering the highest quality one-to-one care for our service user, building positive relationships with them and their family while enabling them to live as independently as possible in their own home.

**Meet our service user**

Our service user is a young man in his 20’s who lives in Winsford, he requires support throughout the day with his complex care needs over a weekend.

He loves to cook and has a passion for British Touring Cars, he would love someone who would be happy for the odd weekend away to allow him to enjoy his love for British Touring Cars to the fullest.

As his dedicated support worker, you will play a big part in helping him to access the community and support him in enjoying his hobbies and interests such as go karting, watching films at the cinema and trips out to theme parks.

**He is fully mobile and able to complete his own personal care so there are no care requirements that staff are required to complete.**

**It is essential that you have a valid driving licence for this position**

**Essential Experience Required**
- 3 months previous care experience
- Medication Administration
- Personal Care
- Moving and Handling
- Valid Driving License

**Desirable Experience**
- Brain Injury Experience
- Learning Disabilities Experience

**We have the following shifts available;**
- Weekend Days
- Saturdays and Sundays
- 10am-5pm

**We are currently paying £15.00 per hour for this position (approx. £105 per 7-hour shift)**
