Medical Receptionist

Due to internal staff movement, we are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, flexible receptionist to join our busy telephone HUB/reception team. We require:
One 20 - 30hour per week post to work across both Kingswinford & Kinver sites, between 7:45am - 8:30pm with occasional weekend work. You will be required to book appointments, carry out general reception/HUB duties and back office administration on rota basis.

You must have excellent customer service, verbal and written communication skills, be computer literate and able to manage & prioritise your workload in a busy environment.

Medical receptionist experience preferred & use of the EMIS system desirable, but training will be given.
