Medical Receptionist

We are looking to recruit two enthusiastic, flexible receptionists to join our busy telephone HUB/reception team.

We require: two receptionists full time - 37 hour per week to work at Kingswinford & at our Kinver Surgery when required. Hours are between 7:45am - 9pm with occasional weekend work. You will be required to book appointments, carry out general reception/HUB duties and back office administration on rota basis.

You must have excellent customer service, verbal and written communication skills, be computer literate and able to manage & prioritise your workload in a busy environment.

Medical receptionist experience preferred & use of the EMIS system desirable, but training will be given. Strict adherence to patient confidentiality at all times.

**Salary**: £10.83 per hour
