The Atlas Recruitment Group are currently searching for an experienced Project Lead Scheduler, to join a well-established successful team in the Portsmouth area.

Within this role you will develop, maintain, and communicate thorough, logically linked, and resourced project plans. You will also proactively monitor progress and changes, manage stakeholder reviews, and produce risk based 'what-if' scenarios.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Accountable for maintaining quality standards within Plans and compliance to governance controls and schedule health measures, ensuring schedules remain relevant to project delivery.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings / specifications and customer requirements and liaise with customer where necessary to resolve technical issues.
- Ability to carry out visits to evaluate customer requirements in more detail and understand project progress.
- Able to lead and support other team members and monitor own and team progress against planned delivery and quality targets and to contribute to continuous improvement of the planning function.

**Experience required**:

- PC literate and expert with Microsoft Project
- Previous experience in refit/installation/repair experience in a engineering environment
- Awareness of general H&S/Environmental regulations and safe working practices
- Extensive knowledge of Commercial platforms and systems along with references for technical data such as Books of Reference
