**Role Overview**:
You will be an integral part of a small successful Head Quarters team of people focusing on administration, logistics and support to a leading martial arts franchise and business coaching company.

This is a developing role within the business, and as such will require the successful applicant to work with the Head of Operations to create, implement and develop digital and organisational processes as well as ensuring that the 1,000+ clients of our business group are provided with an exceptional customer experience. The postholder must have an aptitude for, and proven track record of systemisation and IT skills to be fully effective in this role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to the team
- Follow office filing systems
- Answering the phone according to the system and deal with calls
- Opening and filing post
- Diary management
- Business errands e.g. post office
- Maintain and manage client information
- Processing new clients through the system
- Attending meetings and take minutes as required
- Support the coordination of internal and external events across the businesses
- Supporting the leadership team with on-boarding and recruitment processes
- Additional ad-hoc project support, as the businesses require

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- At least 3 years experience working in an office environment
- Experience with learning and adapting to new software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Excel, MS Word
- Great communication skills
- Exceptional organisational, planning and prioritisation skills and attention to detail
- Full UK driving license

**Location**:5 Somers Road, Rugby, CV22 7DB, United Kingdom

**Working Hours**:Ordinarily 9am - 5pm with some degree of flexibility

**Working Days**:Monday to Friday (typically, although willingness to be reasonably flexible and occasional weekend hours may be required due to the nature of the business functions)

**Remuneration: £22,000 - £28,000 **(depending on experience and aptitude)

**Closing Date**:12 noon on Monday 11th September 2023
