The individual will need to be confident and personable, with effective communication skills. Being well organised and able to take the initiative to ensure tasks are completed are essential skills, as well as being comfortable liaising and working with all levels of employees.
**Security Clearance would be advantageous**
Job responsibilities include:
- handle work requests/plans
- issue to tender to contractors for work delivery
- Update SharePoint with current documents, certificates, policies & procedures.
- Perform various admin duties such as scanning, filling and data input.
- Document Control.
- Ad Hoc Admin duties such as typing/minutes etc
Person Specification:
- Result Driven and the ability to plan, organise and work independently.
- Highly self-motivated and ability to use initiative, when necessary.
- Effective organisational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Work under pressure and to strict deadlines.
- Knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, & Excel.
Driving License is essential.
