Site Administrator

As a site Administrator you will be responsible for the administration duties for garage matters. We are seeking a friendly and communicative person who is used to communicating with people at different levels.
We have 2 positions available based at the below locations:
- Brixton
- Thornton Heath
This role will require working hours of 12pm - 8pm Monday to Friday.
**Responsibilities**:
- Dealing with general garage and lost property enquiries
- Identifying staff from customer complaints, driving assessments and other reports
- Arranging disciplinary enquiries and associated paperwork, may include note-taking and also for local meetings such as HS&E as an example
- Maintaining databases such as Tracerit, My Drive, Licence Bureau, Good Shape and similar
- Ensuring staff files are kept up to date
- General admin duties as required.
- Licence and dCPC checks as per business unit need
- Liaising with the allocations hub as required Site Administrator Requirement
Person Specification:
- Good understanding of Health and Safety
- Customer awareness
- Works well as part of a team - Strong self motivation and resilience
- Able to work on a number of priority projects at the same time
- Effective written and verbal communications, as well as proficient IT Skills Ability to think on your feet
- Good organisational and people skills
- Able to meet project deadlines
- Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
