General Overview of the Role
- Organise special events across the portfolio
- General support for the portfolio directors
- Work with all partners and stakeholders on specific meetings and briefings
- Assist on site at exhibitions/conferences

**Special Events**
- Organise Awards Dinners, Exhibitor Days and Parties, Steering committee meetings, Team Building, Hospitality and other special events across the portfolio, including the venue, catering, set, audio visual & presentation, the awards/handouts and administrationof attendees / bookings.

**Market / Event Directors Support**
- Plan event and portfolio meeting schedules & co-ordinate timely distribution of agenda if required
- Organise and attend and take minutes at Management Board Meetings and other internal / external meetings
- Arrange for other meetings to be minuted where required
- Diary Management (including organising hotel/travel arrangements)
- Maintain budget sheets in Excel, process invoices/purchase orders
- Assisting the directors where required on the associated portfolio publications
- Typing general correspondence/internal memos

- Team player, positive, enthusiastic, approachable, hard worker, patient and good under pressure

- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Excellent man-management skills (including coaching/training and appraisal skills).
- Ability to deal confidentially with sensitive issues.
