We’re looking for a talented, ambitious, multi-skilled creative (or creative team) who thinks in content and pictures, dreams in colour and lives for big ideas; someone who makes ideas that matter to people and makes brands matter.You should be a proven, talented, and experienced creative who has an endless stream of original, impactful ideas that are rooted in social and culture; thus, spreading at the speed of share.You need to be tapped into the heart of culture and youth culture (and all social platforms), have skill sets that are dexterous and networks, that are well-connected.You will bring exceptional creative thought, brilliant copy, and art direction to a Gen Z challenger brand. In our world, no day, nor brief, is the same, meaning agility and efficiency are vital.We want the curious, ambitious, and driven go-getter who doesn’t just create from commission, but is often the brainchild, the DOP, the art director, editor and, the copywriter in one.- If you don’t want to just speak the language of the modern youth consumer; but define it, this is the role for you.**How you’ll make an impact can be broadly broken down into two areas***:
**Creativity**
- Bring fresh, modern, and innovative ideas that land in culture, in editorial, across all social platforms and, with people
- Devise modern, social and content-first creative solutions aimed at Gen Z
- Creativity, flair, and critical thinking with a hands-on approach
- Confident producing clever, low-cost, quick turnaround ideas as well as big brand activations
- Create “built for the platform ideas” not just a one-size-fits-all approach. Have an ability to think channel-first to create and produce content that’s right for its medium (such as TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Twitch, etc.)
- Design and produce high-quality creative content for an evolving and broad range of mediums
- Bring a natural curiosity for the many different ways customers interact with brands
- See projects through to the end, ensuring quality never dips
**Production**
- Exceptional skills on Adobe Creative Suite, including photography, videography, creative copywriting, social content creation, and video storyboarding
- Beautiful eye for detail, in creating content that hits at the heart, mind and soul of a viewer, no matter what platform
- Able to get ideas across to any audience, via simple articulation and concise presentation
- Listen to and respect the thoughts and opinions of others and adapt your ideas accordingly
- A natural curiosity for editorial creative content, new formats, mediums, styles, and the many different ways customers interact with brands
- See your projects through the production phase and ensure the quality never dips
**More about the role**:
- You’ll think in images, crafting stories and compelling content ideas that fits the brand and the youth audience
- Inspire clients and team with innovative content concepts, proactively identifying opportunities for social / content-first creative solutions
- Collaborate with creative director to bring ideas to visual life from concept to execution
- Have an eye for design, prowess with the Adobe Suite and an ability to create client-friendly, consumer-friendly creative concepts
- Be culturally aware - surprise people with new thoughts, collaborators, talent and more so they sit up and listen
- Monitor design and cultural trends and marry them to client ideas
- Enthusiasm to continuously explore and diversify skillset, understanding of PR, expanding on skills in branding work, digital campaigns, experience design or other, as yet undefined ways of communications
- A love of big, business and world-changing ideas, and a desire to contribute to shaping them
