**Job Summary**:
As a Marketing Assistant, you'll be at the helm of exciting marketing campaigns, driving lead generation, customer acquisition, and sales growth. Your week will be a blend of routine tasks like social media management, alongside fresh short and long-term projects awaiting your imprint. The essence of your role is to harmonize creativity with strategy, fostering the brand’s voice and image in alignment with our objectives.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Creative Strategy**:

- Crafting creative briefs for both online and offline marketing endeavors.
- Identifying growth and exposure avenues in collaboration with our team.
- Conducting market analysis to aid in product concept development.
- Ensuring synchronization of goals, campaigns, and targets with agency partners.

**Digital Presence**:

- Planning and executing organic and paid social media campaigns across various platforms.
- Engaging with our online community by responding to comments.
- Updating and enhancing website content while coordinating with agency partners on content production.

**Content Development**:

- Ideating and delivering captivating content tailored to different audience segments.
- Spotting content gaps and recommending new topics.
- Collaborating on long-term content creation plans with senior management.
- Organising content capture opportunities.
- Orchestrating mail shots from text content to sourcing imagery.
- Reviewing content capture processes with the team.

**Partnership and Relationship Management**:

- Devising communication strategies for partnerships and fostering relations in the commercial sector.
- Working alongside the sales team to monitor lead progression and opportunities.

**Consumer Engagement**:

- Conducting consumer research to develop marketing initiatives that resonate with our customers’ lifestyles, interests, and hobbies.
- Maintaining marketing materials to ensure alignment with marketing strategy.
- Analyzing content reach and preparing insightful reports for senior management.
**About You**:

- Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
- Aptitude for conducting comprehensive research and presenting findings succinctly.
- A collaborative team player with a foundation of integrity, openness, and trustworthiness.
**Qualifications, Experience, and Qualities**:

- Prior experience in a marketing role is required.
- Experience in report and presentation preparation and usage of content management systems like WordPress.
- Knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or Canva, and familiarity with CRM tools and social advertising platforms are desirable.
- SEO knowledge is desirable
