Excellent client side opportunity for an estates surveyor to join an experienced property team assisting with the management of their portfolio of properties. The role is a 12 month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave. Part time or full time hours are available.

Their portfolio comprises retail, commercial and residential assets, with a mix of leasehold and freehold tenures. This is an interesting and varied role, offering an attractive benefits package including scope to work from home 3 days a week.

**Role & Responsibilities of Estates Surveyor**:

- Undertake all aspects of property management including lettings, rent reviews, lease renewals, negotiation of licences
- Assist in acquisitions and disposals including instructing agents, negotiating terms
- Management of service charge issues
- Negotiation of dilapidation claims and repair schedules
- Assist with development projects, obtaining planning permission
- Management of contractors

**Skills & Experience of Estates Surveyor**:

- MRICS is desirable but not essential
- Knowledge and experience of Landlord and Tenant work
- Strong communication skills

**Salary & Benefits**:
