**Position**:
Based in our vibrant London office, we are looking for a proactive Salesforce Administrator who can help us enhance and improve our Salesforce platform.

The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for ongoing management of the internal Salesforce platforms and 3rd party integrations within the company.

You will handle daily user inquiries and requests, while also leading and managing the ongoing development projects in tasks such as field management, flow management, report creation, dashboard building, and data management.

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing integration projects, gathering functional requirements, implementation testing, and deployment.
- Integrating business processes & implementing solutions that improve business process efficiency
- Active involvement in custom development and product roadmap discussions
- Providing cross functional training sessions to the business
- Salesforce user set-up and maintenance
- Knowledge of profiles, permissions, and the role hierarchy
- Customisation and configuration of Salesforce
- Creation of reports and dashboards
- Salesforce data management, updating records in the system and moving data between systems
- Training and supporting Salesforce users
- Documentation of business processes
- First point of contact for Salesforce queries
- Testing and debugging Salesforce automation
- Provide consulting and coaching around best practices in Salesforce administration and implementation to enhance user experience
- Proactively recommend new features and improvements to optimise and grow the use of the platform
- Design, build, and deliver tailored Salesforce solutions for the business
- Work closely with sales management to inspect sales process quality and prioritize improvements

- Confidence, highly communicative, and excellent business insight and a willingness to challenge others or propose changes
- Must hold Salesforce Admin Certificate
