**Conveyancing Assistant**

**Location: Bristol**

**Salary: Up to £23,000. DOE**

I am currently working with a Bristo based boutique law firm who are looking to appoint a Conveyancing Assistant to provide support to the Residential Property Fee Earner. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering high-quality Conveyancing services to clients.

**This is what you'll be doing**:
As a Conveyancing Assistant, you will be the main point of contact for all clients, reporting to the Head of Residential Department. You will ensure that all enquiries are dealt with quickly and efficiently and inline with the exceptional level of service that this firm is renowned for.
- Completing standard letters and other relevant documents for clients
- Assisting in the opening of client files and updating records onto the DMS
- Undertaking work from exchange of contracts to completion, including billing and financial statements
- Building strong relationships with clients and colleagues, and promoting the firm's equality and diversity policy

**The experience you'll bring to the team**:

- Experience in an administrative role in a legal service or property environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong IT skills and the ability to prioritize and organize workload effectively
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on providing exceptional client experience
- Understanding of professional and regulatory obligations in the role
