**Job Description** Graduate Software Engineer** - You will work as part of a multi-disciplinary product team, to design, implement and support in the production of bespoke software systems. Our tech stacks vary between products but include.Net Core, React, Azure API Management, Visual Studio Code / 2019, SQL Server 2014, Azure Devops, Git

**APMO - **You will cover a diverse range of activities to support the delivery of our Agile Portfolio. You will build your ability in stakeholder management, organising the priorities and project plans to drive value. This role will equip you with the skills and qualifications to grow in your career in a range of areas.

**Project Manager - **You will support the management and oversight of key change projects across the Change Function and help to develop clear delivery plans to meet the objectives and outcomes of the Project. Work across software delivery projects, change and configuration management and infrastructure and technology refresh projects

Throughout your programme you will be fully supported by a dedicated Academy Manager, as well as being mentored by Senior Leaders and previous Together Graduates during the course of the programme.

**Qualifications**
What we are looking for:

- An interest and enthusiasm to work in the Financial Services industry;
- Able to commute to Cheadle on a daily basis;
- The drive and passion to succeed in an ambitious business;
- A problem solving approach and a keen desire to lean new tools and technologies;
- You will often present your ideas to the senior management so excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the confidence to engage with senior managers are vital.
