Brook Street Social Care are working alongside an Ofstedrated outstanding children's residential organisation who are currently looking for a Care Coordinator to join their growing team.
As a Care Coordinator, your role has specific responsibility to contribute to the drive for excellence in the quality of work undertaken with children and young people. You will be responsible to ensure that the day-today activities around the children andemployees are recorded and that all casework monitoring systems are completed. This is a Hybrid role, with the arrangement to work 2-3 days remotely and 2-3 in either Head Office or one of the services. Travel expenses will be paid.
You will already have achieved your Level 3 Diploma or equivalent in Children and Young People's Workforce and at least 3 years' experience in the Residential Children's Services sector. You will have experience of working with OFSTED and an understanding ofall other regulatory bodies, frameworks and assessment standards across the sector.
