Leisure Assistant

Our mission is to develop our Fitness Clubs to be the hub of our communities. We need passionate, dedicated team players who are looking to drive performance daily and make a difference to our clubs and their members.

To be the best, we need the following.
- Ability to deliver outstanding member and customer service.
- Ensure that the overall cleanliness within the club and its other facilities is of outstanding standards. This includes but is not limited to, the re-stacking of weights, picking up any litter, etc.
- Assist in ensuring that the gym complies with all H&S/HR Policies, including all Lifestyle Fitness processes & procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness of the changing facilities while the cleaner is not on site.
- Set up and take down equipment for all activities and events ensuring that all equipment used is safe and fit for purpose.
- If required work towards a level 2 gym qualification
- Support the clubs’ sales and marketing process by selling memberships in line with procedures set out in the 5-step sales process.
- Support the management team in delivering events and activities to promote all aspects of the centre at different times during the year.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: £6.40-£11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 1 - 15 per week
