Reliable Supported Living Ltd provide accommodation and support to service users who are Homeless, Substances Misuse and Mental Health. Our service consists of providing support to enable a person to achieve their own living independency.

To provide high quality support to all service users and to encourage/assist them to live as independent lifestyle as possible. Ensure that we remain supportive and sensitive when delivering support and all service users are always treated with respect and dignity and that they are aware of their rights, choices and options available to them. Your duties will vary from each service user to the next as you will be following an individual support plan designed solely for them.

Main Responsibilities
- To undertake all duties that are outlined in the service users support plan
- To maintain good communication and develop good working relationships
- To adhere to Reliable Supported Living and support policies and procedures
- To travel to Service Users as directed.
- To provide support, advice and assistance enabling service users to achieve the life skills required to live independently.
- To report to the Manager on the condition of the Service User particularly any significant change in the Service User’s behaviour needs or circumstances.
- To contact a Doctor, Dentist and Emergency Services or make appointments.
- To write/read letters if required by Service Users - Universal Credit and other Local authorities.
- To assist in the cleaning of the home and service users rooms when required.
- To undertake domestic tasks to maintain a good quality of life which the Service Users should be encouraged to do.
- To complete all administrative documents accurately.
- To attend meetings and report if necessary on the condition of Service Users.

Person Specification
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel and have excellent written communication
- Previous experience in the care industry is desirable with the ability to follow a support plan and help service users achieve the outcomes
- Must be able to keep accurate and detailed record of all interaction with service users.
- Must be able to work well as part of a team to liaise with statutory bodies and ensure support compliance.
- Must have a clean driving license.
- Must have own car to travel to assigned properties.
- Individual must have excellent oral communication skills to communicate with stakeholder on all levels.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £10.50-£11.00 per hour
