We are a premier property inventory company operating across central London, providing high-quality inventory check-ins, check-outs, and mid-term inspections to our clients. We are currently seeking both experienced and non-experienced Inventory Clerks to join our team.

As an Inventory Clerk at Checkwells, you will be responsible for conducting in-person inspections of properties, accurately documenting their condition using our specific format that includes photos and comments.

We offer both part-time and full-time roles, providing flexibility for those who wish to work a few hours a day with a per-job fee or a competitive salary of c. £23,000 per year for our full-time roles.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Conduct property inventory check-ins and check-outs in our clients' properties
- Compile inventory reports via our in-house software, ensuring accuracy
- Manage orders, dates in/out, and reconcile orders and goods against initial property inventories taken
- Attend all appointments on time and ensure keys are returned to the Property Managers at the end of the day following the completion of inspections
- Report any stock discrepancies to the client
