You’ll be supported every step of the way, by your line manager and mentor. Working with our Design team, you will be involved in supporting Severn Trent’s £6 billion Capital Programme through effective information Management. You will be involved with supporting the implementation of the Information Management Strategy throughout the business, in line with industry best practice. You’ll have the opportunity to travel between both Raynesway and Finham sites to work with different members of the team. You’ll be supported by your team and by several other teams that work collaboratively.

**ENTRY CRITERIA**
- A-Levels CCC, T-Level graded Pass with core component of Grade C, BTEC MMM and above (Either an Extended Diploma or a combination of smaller BTEC qualifications), an Advanced Level 3 apprenticeship or other Level 3 qualifications.
- You will also have a minimum Grade 4/C in GCSE Maths or Functional Skills Level 2.

**ROLE EXPECTATIONS POST APPRENTICESHIP**
- By the end of this programme, you will take up a Design and Constructions Management role, where you will be able to put your skills to action

**WHAT WILL YOU LEARN**
- The introduction and implementation of new technology platforms to drive efficiency through smarter ways of working.
- To champion digital solutions in and around Severn Trent’s capital programme.
- To provide support and guidance to the wider Severn Trent team around managing information for projects and assets.
- Liaise with stakeholders inside and out of the business on digital solutions.
