I am currently recruiting for an ambitious Accounts Assistant to join a company who are based in Birmingham City Centre. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a small but busy accounts team and develop your skills working alongside knowledgeableand experienced colleagues.

You will be working as an Accounts Assistant, reporting to senior members of the team and as time goes on you will be taking on more responsibility as your experience grows including covering all accounts payable duties when needed. A key focus will be onliaising with customers, resolving queries, cash allocation and raising credit notes.

Ideally, You Will:

- Be recently graduated, AAT studier or someone who is passionate about joining a finance team and developing their skills
- Possess high level of organisation and accuracy with the initiative to work to tight deadlines and can demonstrate ambition and drive to help you succeed with your studies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to problem-solve under pressure with a high attention to detail
- Previous experience is not essential although an understanding accounts receivable duties would be advantageous
