**What you'll do**

The award winning Vodafone UK CRO Programme consists of 80+ people working across Product, eCommerce, Analytics, Research, UX and Engineering. Working as a community to experiment and learn fast with a relentless focus on improving our online experience.

Working closely with our CRO programme partners - Analytics, Research and Design, you will be driving the maturity and output whilst looking at ways to establish best practise and new ways of working to support the evolution of the programme.

Key accountabilities:

- Liaise with Analytics, Research and Design teams to ensure a data driven approach as utilised for ideation and experimentation.
- Support programme communication and strategy, ensuring both success and failures and shared with the community and wider business.
- Ensure outputs are statistically robust, with consideration towards both design and commercial win rate.
- Support progamme KPIs alongside respective team OKRs to ensure success is front and centre.

**Who you are**
- Experienced with experimentation techniques e.g. A/B testing, MVT, Experience targeting, Recommendation.
- Strong Statistical analysis - power, significance.
- Data analyst - Experimentation analysis and reporting.
- Experienced with measurement tools - Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics.
- Knowledgeable in product design - product development, ideation, prioritisation, roadmap.
