About the Role
They are seeking a Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) Specialist to enhance their digital presence and drive conversions. This role is key to maximising their online channels through data-driven strategies. You will collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams to identify opportunities, test ideas, and implement solutions that boost customer engagement and conversion rates.
Key Responsibilities
- Optimisation: Analyse user behaviour and site performance to identify opportunities.
- Testing: Develop and execute A/B and multivariate tests to improve conversions.
- Strategy: Create strategies for optimising key digital touchpoints.
- Analysis: Utilise tools like Google Analytics and Hotjar to gather and interpret data.
- Collaboration: Work with marketing, product, and design teams to align CRO initiatives.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest CRO trends and best practices.
Ideal Candidate
- Analytical thinker with experience in A/B testing and CRO tools.
- Strong proficiency in Google Analytics and Hotjar.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Organised with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Passionate about health and wellbeing.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a CRO role within retail or e-commerce.
- Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in CRO tools and methodologies.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
