Job Title: Senior Neighbourhood Officer (6-month contract)
Location: Slough
We are currently seeking a Senior Neighbourhood Officer to join our team on a 6-month contract in Slough. As a Senior Neighbourhood Officer, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality services to residents in the local area. You will work closely with the community to identify and resolve issues, develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, and contribute to the overall improvement of the neighbourhood.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with residents, community groups, and other stakeholders to identify and resolve issues affecting the local neighbourhood.
- Develop and implement neighbourhood improvement plans in collaboration with other team members and stakeholders.
- Deliver a range of services to residents, including tenancy management, estate management, and anti-social behaviour interventions.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders, including local authorities, community groups, and partner organisations.
- Provide regular updates and reports on neighbourhood performance, including progress against key performance indicators.
- Manage and support junior staff within the team.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working in a neighbourhood management or similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with a range of stakeholders.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A good understanding of housing management, tenancy issues, and anti-social behaviour interventions.
- Experience of managing staff and leading teams.
- A commitment to providing high-quality services to residents.
