Clinical Senior Lecturer and Honorary Consultant in

We are looking to appoint an academic clinical pharmacologist with expertise in education and polypharmacy. The post-holder will join a cohesive team delivering innovative and exciting work in clinical pharmacology in both the university and associated hospital trust. The post-holder will have a major role in the design, delivery and assessment of education for undergraduates on the BSc in Clinical Pharmacology, MBBS and other programmes. They will drive forward the polypharmacy service in the integrated care system and play an important role in medicines management.
Key attributes of the successful applicant include:
- Expertise and experience in design, delivery and assessment of education in clinical pharmacology
- Knowledgeable and skilled NHS clinical pharmacologist, with a special interest in polypharmacy and medicines management
- Strong leadership skills and ability to effect change
- Flexible and empathic with students, patients and colleagues
