A brand new **Marketing Lead (Campaign Focused) **vacancy has arisen in our fast growing company. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our Marketing team.

**LOCATION**: Skegness, Lincolnshire - Holly Road Head Offices, with regular working at other sites in Lincolnshire, and other locations as required. Occasional overseas travel may be also required.

**JOB TITLE**:Marketing Lead (Campaign Focused)

**JOB TYPE**:Full Time**:
**HOURS OF WORK**: Monday to Friday - 9.00am to 5.00pm (with half an hour unpaid lunch break)

**SALARY**: £33,000 - £38,000pa (depending on skills and experience).

**Job introduction**

As Micronclean looks to the future, campaigns across a range of channels will become more important in attracting and then retaining customers.

A key part of this role is to ensure the delivery of agreed campaigns whilst ensuring that the Marketing Team retain their day-to-day functional excellence.

**Key Responsibilities to include**:

- To deliver the day-to-day project management of all campaigns that support the promotion of the business including channels/events such as:

- Webinars
- Speaker opportunities
- Blogs
- Product Launches
- UK events for both the cleanroom and Industrial sales teams
- Overseas events in support of export Consumables Sales
- Internal events including but not limited to Company Days, Sales Conferences
- Social Media
- Website
- To drive dynamic interaction with potential new and existing customers.
- To develop and uphold the Micronclean brand, to drive functional excellence and promote innovation.
- To engage with Board/Senior Managers to drive campaign strategy forward.
- To support targeted sales activities by the creation and delivery of high-quality campaigns to an agreed budget and timescale.
- To have a working knowledge of all Micronclean Products and Services to be able to deal with first line customer enquiries.
- To innovate and develop the brands and communication methods.
- To support all other Micronclean Marketing activities as required.

**Knowledge and Skills**
- Degree or completed Apprenticeship in related discipline with at least 3 years practical experience with campaigns either business to consumer or business to business.
- Working knowledge of webinars with the ability to develop deep understanding to become the acknowledged expert in campaigns and webinars.
- Proven creativity alongside familiarity Adobe Creative Suite
- Ability to work alongside all business functions to take briefs, develop a plan and deliver content as agreed.
- Ability to support event delivery as required.
- Good IT skills
- Good numeracy and English language skills.
- Ability to work towards external CIM qualifications.
- Full UK/EU driving licence
