A reputable healthcare organization is recruiting for a skilled Care Home Administrator in Warrington WA1. Previous experience in Care Home Administration is vital for this role. **Administrator’s Responsibilities**:
- **Payroll Processing**: Manage payroll details for all employees using the 'CareBlox' system.
- **Compliance Management**: Ensure care worker and service user files remain compliant, and chase up key documents as required. Maintain and update compliance dashboards such as NMDS and training platforms.
- **Administrative Tasks**: Handle filing, answer telephone calls, liaise with clients, their relatives, and external stakeholders. Take minutes of meetings, adhere to GDPR requirements, and provide general administrative support to the management and home.
**Essential Skills**:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., fax machines and printers).
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Resourcefulness and proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Multitasking and time-management abilities, with a focus on task prioritization.
